Commissioned directly by Tomatin Distillery, this project involved creating the full product lifestyle photography for the launch of their Italian Collection — three single malt Scotch whiskies distilled for ten years in Scottish oak casks before being finished for two years in Italian wine casks, producing a uniquely elegant and characterful expression.
The brief was to shoot the whiskies paired with Italian ingredients, flavours, and foods — both as standalone product compositions and alongside models — capturing the cultural crossover at the heart of the collection.
The result is a rich, layered set of imagery that feels as considered and crafted as the whiskies themselves.
This was a full production commission — David handled both photography and production, with styling by Phil Mundy — reflecting the end-to-end creative capability David brings to drinks brand launches and product campaigns.
