Imperial London Hotels — Staff Photography

Commissioned by Imperial London Hotels to photograph the people who make their hotels what they are. Shot across six of their seven London properties — the seventh currently being rebuilt — this project captured staff from every corner of the business, from front of house and concierge through to housekeeping, bartenders, waiters and chefs.

The brief was to create a bank of authentic, candid staff imagery that could be used across hiring campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, website and email marketing — championing the team and showcasing the genuine warmth and professionalism that defines the Imperial London Hotels experience.

The approach was documentary and relaxed — capturing real moments of people doing what they do best, rather than stiff, posed headshots. The result is a library of images that feels human and approachable, designed to attract new talent by showing what it’s actually like to work across one of London’s largest independent hotel groups.
