As a London-based photographer whose commercial work spans hotels, lifestyle campaigns, and brand shoots, personal projects like this are essential. They strip everything back to the fundamentals—composition, light, and timing—and remind me why I fell in love with photography in the first place. Shooting on film forces a slower, more intentional approach that feeds directly back into my professional work.

Naples is a city that rewards the patient photographer. Every corner offers something—peeling frescoes on crumbling palazzo walls, Vespas weaving through laundry-draped side streets, espresso bars where nothing has changed in decades. It’s the kind of place where documentary photography feels effortless because the city itself is the story.
